ORDER PROCESSING
At BRYZY, we work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high demand, promotional events, product launches, holidays, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Tracking updates may take between 24 and 72 business hours to become available after shipment.
In some cases, tracking updates may be delayed while packages are in transit between international logistics facilities.
SHIPPING DELAYS
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, BRYZY cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs clearance procedures.
- Border inspections.
- Shipping carriers.
- Severe weather conditions.
- Peak holiday seasons.
- High shipping demand.
- Transportation disruptions.
- Incorrect customer information.
- Events beyond our reasonable control.
Delivery times should be considered estimates only.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
BRYZY has no control over customs procedures and cannot predict or guarantee the amount of any additional fees.
Customs delays are outside of our control and are not grounds for refunds due to delayed delivery.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate and complete before placing an order.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
BRYZY is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
LOST PACKAGES
If your package appears to be lost during transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in locating the shipment.
However, BRYZY is not responsible for carrier errors, delays, or losses that occur after the package has been handed over to the shipping provider.
PACKAGES MARKED AS DELIVERED
Orders marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier will be considered successfully delivered.
BRYZY is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or inaccessible packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery-related disputes.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment using the tracking information provided.
If delivery attempts fail due to customer absence, failure to collect the package, refusal of delivery, or failure to cooperate with the carrier, BRYZY shall not be responsible for resulting delays, losses, or additional shipping costs.
