Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If a return is refused, unclaimed, or cannot be delivered back to us due to customer-related reasons, shipping costs and handling fees may be deducted from any eligible refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct product exchanges.

If you would like a different item, you may return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.


Refunds

Order Cancellations

Orders Marked as Delivered

Orders marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier will be considered successfully delivered.

BRYZY is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, misplaced, or otherwise unavailable after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly regarding delivery-related disputes.


International Shipping Delays

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

BRYZY is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Border inspections.

  • Carrier delays.

  • Severe weather conditions.
